KUT680 Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector
Take inspection from the bench to the weld or workpiece. The portable KUT680 displays live ultrasonic signals to help locate and evaluate internal discontinuities such as cracks, voids and inclusions without cutting into the part. It is suited to industrial inspection of welds, forgings, shafts, tanks and structural components, with setup storage and report export for documenting the work.
Inspection and reporting features
- See signal changes clearly: 640 × 480 multi-color TFT screen with adjustable brightness and a 60 Hz waveform refresh rate; rotary knob and shortcut keys support one-handed adjustments.
- Find and assess indications: two independent gates, echo-to-echo measurement, automatic calibration, DAC/AVG sizing, peak hold, envelope and A-scan freeze. The original description also lists B-scan display, curved-surface correction and crack-height measurement.
- Save your setup and evidence: memory for 500 channel setups and 1,000 A-scan report files. Capture BMP screenshots and export customizable PDF inspection reports to a USB drive.
- Review a test later: built-in recording supports up to 10 videos of up to 5 minutes each; the original description notes USB-drive storage for additional recordings.
- Work in the field: aluminum housing, rotating support bracket and built-in rechargeable battery with a stated continuous working time of more than 12 hours.
