KH190 Portable Leeb Hardness Tester
Bring hardness testing to the metal part, even when the part is too large or awkward to move. The KH190 combines a 320 × 240 color screen, rechargeable battery and handheld Leeb testing in one portable instrument. With the included D impact device, you can check a workpiece from any direction, save readings and review them later.

Why it works on the shop floor
-
Read results clearly: the 320 × 240 color TFT display presents test information on a bright screen.
-
Test from any direction: 360° measurement includes overhead positions when the workpiece cannot be repositioned.
-
Track a batch: save up to 600 groups of results, depending on the selected 1–32 impacts per group, and set an alarm for out-of-tolerance readings.
-
Work between charges: rechargeable lithium battery with an on-screen battery status indicator.
-
Adapt to different parts: automatically recognizes compatible impact devices; specialized types are available separately.
The listed materials include steel, cast steel, alloy tool steel, stainless steel, cast irons, cast aluminum alloy, brass, bronze and forged steel. Choose the appropriate material setting and impact device for the part being tested.
