KR221P Color-Display Surface Roughness Tester
Inspect a machined surface and see its profile as the measurement happens. The portable KR221P pairs a 2.4-inch IPS color screen with real-time waveform display, Bluetooth connectivity and an Android mobile app. Keep readings at the workpiece, then review saved measurements on a phone or computer using the supported connection options.
Practical inspection features
- See the finish: view measured values, a live waveform, primary and roughness profiles and load curves on the color display.
- Capture results: store up to 100 raw-data and profile records, with a real-time clock for reference.
- Set pass/fail limits: upper and lower alarms help flag measurements outside your chosen range.
- Use the connection that fits: the original specifications list Bluetooth, Type-C and Mini USB connectivity, PC data-view software and a mobile app currently available for Android only.
- Keep it portable: built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery with a listed continuous working time of 20 hours.
Bluetooth printing requires a compatible printer, which is listed as an optional accessory. SPC export to Excel and PLC control are also listed as optional functions, not standard capabilities of the package.
