KR311 Split-Type Surface Roughness Tester
Check a surface finish right beside the machine, even when the workpiece is too large to move. The KR311 has a detachable drive unit, a 3.5-inch backlit TFT display and a real-time measurement curve, so operators can position the sensor at the part and review results on the main unit. It is designed for roughness inspection of machined metal and non-metal parts in production and quality-control settings.
Made for on-site inspection
- Position the probe flexibly: the drive unit can be housed in the main unit or separated using the included 1 m extension cable.
- See the profile while measuring: 3.5-inch, 480 × 320 backlit TFT screen shows a live waveform, measured data and instrument status.
- Save readings: internal storage holds 100 measurements.
- Connect your results: the original description lists Bluetooth connection to an Android phone or a compatible printer, plus PC data output via the supplied cable and PC software. A printer is not listed in the standard package.
- Included sensor: one KS160 axe-type sensor. Specialty probes for other shapes or restricted access are not listed as included.
