KUT681 Portable Ultrasonic Flaw Detector
Inspect internal discontinuities without cutting into the workpiece. The KUT681 is a portable digital ultrasonic flaw detector for locating and evaluating indications such as cracks, inclusions and pores, with thickness measurement and composite-material quality checks also described in the original product information. Its bright IPS screen makes waveforms easy to follow during on-site inspection, while saved records and PDF export simplify the handoff after a test.
Designed for inspection work
- See subtle echoes: 640 × 480 multi-color IPS display with 60 Hz refresh, adjustable brightness and four interface styles.
- Locate and size indications: automatic probe calibration, live sound-path, surface-distance, depth and amplitude readouts, two independent gates, DAC/AVG sizing, peak hold, A-scan freeze and B-scan display.
- Document results: save waveforms as CSV, capture BMP screenshots and generate PDF reports for export to a USB drive.
- Keep setups ready: storage for 500 channel files and up to 1,000 report files; video recording supports 10 clips of up to 5 minutes each in internal storage.
- Carry it to the job: rotating stand and protective rubber sheath, with a stated operating time of more than 12 hours on the lithium-ion battery.
