KH220 Plus Metal-Case Leeb Hardness Tester
Check hardness on a heavy workpiece without bringing it to a bench. The KH220 Plus is a portable Leeb hardness tester with a metal case, 320 × 240 color display and USB connection for transferring readings to a computer. From installed machinery to large forgings, take a measurement at the part, then save the result for your inspection record.
Built for flexible testing
- Test from any direction: 360° measurement supports parts that cannot be repositioned.
- See both values together: view the Leeb reading alongside the selected converted hardness scale on the color TFT screen.
- Keep a clear record: store up to 600 groups, depending on 1–32 impacts per group, including measurement details such as date, direction, material and scale.
- Set up for the material: choose from listed metal categories or configure up to five user-defined materials for specialized testing.
- Catch exceptions: preset a tolerance range for an automatic out-of-range alarm.
- Transfer data: USB 2.0 connection and supplied PC software support computer-based review.
The included D impact device covers routine applications. The tester recognizes compatible impact devices automatically or allows manual selection; specialized impact devices, roller-testing configurations and shaped support rings are optional.
